2. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Students must maintain regular attendance and discipline.
4. Misbehavior or damage to institute property may lead to termination without refund.
5. Batch timing, faculty, or schedule may change if required.
6. Study materials are for personal learning only — copying or sharing is not allowed.
7. Certificates are issued only after full fee payment and successful course completion.
8. Lab computers and internet must be used only for study purposes.
9. The institute is not responsible for loss of belongings or personal data.
10. By enrolling, students agree to follow all rules and policies of Shiksha Computer Institute.
